Ever since 1981, Anhui University has enrolled master program students majoring in Legal History, Civil Law, Economic Law, Administrative Law, International Law and others. Respectively in 1984, 1996 and 1998, it was designated to confer the master degrees of law in Legal History, Procedural Law and to confer Juris Master (J.M.) degree at a trial basis. Respectively in 1988, 2000 and 2002, it was designated to confer the master degrees of law in Economic Law, Civil Law & Business Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Criminal Law, International Law, by the Evaluation Committee of Academic Degrees of Anhui Province. In 2005, it was accredited as Primary Key Programs of Law confer the master degrees.
Legal Theory The supervisors of this major constitute Prof. Qiang Changwen, a PhD of law and associate Prof. Hu Xiaohong, who is now working for his doctorate’s degree. It enrolls master-degree postgraduate law students majoring in nomology, legal and social law, departmental law and philosophy of law.
Legal History This major has enrolled master program students for many years, under the supervision of Prof. Chen Shengqing, Prof. Wang Hanqing, Prof. Wang Jizhong, etc. The supervisors of this major now constitute Prof. Zhou Shaoyuan, a PhD of law and associate Prof. Xu Biao, who is now working for his doctorate’s degree. It enrolls master-degree postgraduate law students majoring in Chinese legal history and foreign legal history.
Constitutional and Administrative Law This major has enrolled master program students for many years, under the supervision of Prof. Chen Anming. The supervisors of this major now constitute Prof. Chen Hongguang, a PhD of law, Prof. Cheng Yanlei and associate Prof. Chen Yingzhou. It enrolls master-degree postgraduate law students majoring in administrative Law, administrative and procedural law and Constitutional law.
Criminal Law The supervisors of this major constitute Prof. Han Yi, a PhD of law, associate Prof. Zhang Jing and associate Prof. Chen Jiemiao. It enrolls master-degree postgraduate law students majoring in criminal law and criminology.
Civil Law and Business Law This major has enrolled master program students for many years, under the supervision of Prof. Zhoutong, associate Prof. Liu Shuqi, associate Prof. Zhang Lin, etc. The supervisors of this major now constitute Prof. Li Mingfa, a PhD of law, associate Prof. Lv Bin and associate Prof. Li Kungang, a PhD of law. It enrolls master-degree postgraduate law students majoring in civil law, business law, and labor and social security law.
Procedural Law This major has enrolled master program students for many years, under the supervision of Prof. Li Xuekuan, etc. The supervisors of this major now constitute Prof. Wang Shengyang, associate Prof. Yu Jinglin and associate Prof. Liu Yanfang. It enrolls master-degree postgraduate law students majoring in criminal litigant law, civil litigant law and evidence law
Economic Law This major has enrolled master program students for many years, under the supervision of Prof. Wang Rong, etc. The supervisors of this major now constitute Prof. Wang Yuankuo, a PhD of law, Prof. Wang Xianlin, a PhD of law, Prof. Chu Yuming, Prof. Hua Guoqing, Prof. Zhang yurun, a PhD of law and associate Prof. Wang Li. It enrolls master-degree postgraduate law students majoring in macroscopical regulation law, market regulation law and foreign economical law. This program now is designated to confer the doctorate degree of law.
International Law This major has enrolled master program students for many years, under the supervision of Prof. Zhu Xueshan, Prof. Wu Baoding and associate Prof. Shi Daxing, etc. The supervisors of this major now constitute Prof. Xu Shuping, a PhD of law and Prof. Wang Jinlan, a PhD of law. It enrolls master-degree postgraduate law students majoring in international economic law and international private law. |
